Applies to mobile applications (“Apps”) published by Everline Technologies on Apple App Store and Google Play, unless an App links to a separate policy.

1. Overview

We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what information may be collected when you use our Apps, how it may be used, and the choices available to you. By using an App, you agree to this Policy unless a separate agreement applies.

2. Who we are

3. Information we may collect

Depending on the App and your choices, we or our service providers may process categories such as:

• App & device data: app version, device model, OS version, locale, diagnostic or crash data, and similar technical information needed to operate and improve reliability.
• Usage data: interactions within the App (for example feature usage), where enabled.
• Content you provide: text, images, exports, or other materials you create or upload inside an App.
• Purchase-related data: subscription or purchase status may be processed through Apple/Google or our billing partners; we typically receive limited receipts or identifiers rather than full payment card data.
• Communications: information you send when you email support or submit feedback.

Specific Apps may request optional permissions (for example photo library access to save or import images). Those prompts explain the purpose at the system level.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Apps and features;
• Process subscriptions or purchases where offered;
• Respond to support requests;
• Detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues;
• Comply with law and enforce our terms;
• Communicate important notices about an App where appropriate.

5. Advertising & analytics

Some Apps may show ads or use analytics. Partners may use identifiers allowed by your device settings (for example Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choices where applicable) to measure delivery or performance. For details, review your platform privacy settings and the relevant partner’s policies.

6. AI & cloud processing

Certain Apps may offer features that send prompts or content to third-party AI or cloud providers to generate results. When used, that content may be transmitted to and processed by those providers under their terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information you are not comfortable sharing with such providers.

7. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist hosting, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, customer email, payments, or AI inference;
• Legal/compliance when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required).

We do not sell your personal information for money as traditionally understood. Where region-specific “sale/share” definitions apply, we honor applicable opt-out rights as required.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Diagnostic logs and analytics may be retained in aggregated or shortened form.
